Summer is upon us and that means more skin exposure. This simple solution can be made in a matter of minutes and keeps for months in an airtight container. I scented this variety with Peppermint Essential Oil but any other variety can be substituted. I also recommend using something to gently help in removing dead skin and replenishing with nutrients. In this case I used dried rose petals but have also tried lemon peel, lime peel, oats, etc.
How To:
1 cup Organic Coconut Oil
2 cups Epsom Salt
4 cups Organic Sugar
Leaves of 4 Roses, Dried and Crushed
1 tsp. Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
1 tsp. Organic Seabuckthorn Seed Oil (This can be omitted or you can substitute Argan Oil or Vitamin E.)
Melt Coconut Oil stir in remaining ingredients. Place in glass airtight containers.
NOTE: The oils can settle to the bottom of the container from time-to-time. Simply flip the container over for a day and let the oils blend back into the dry ingredients.
