- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
- 1 lime juiced
- 28 ounces canned whole tomatoes
- 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor combine until mixed.
