I used to be a cow’s milk cheese addict. Thankfully for me, the planet and, most importantly, the cows, I broke free of that lifestyle.
I have experimented with making nut cheeses and sauces and think that this creamy-delicious variety is the best.
Please feel free to experiment…if you like spicy, add some heat and if you prefer it with a South of the Border flair, try adding 1/8 cup of chopped cilantro. The possibilities are literally endless.

I get it, chocolate brownies are not the most nutritious food on the planet! However, just about everyone likes to indulge occasionally and these little gems combine the goodness of chocolate along with healthy avocado.
They come together in about 10 minutes and only need to be baked for 25 to 30 minutes. (Note: If you want chewier brownies, opt for the shorter cooking time.)
It is best to let the brownies cool completely before cutting.

I heart Brussels Sprouts! Growing up I remember my mom anxiously awaiting spring’s harvest. These yummy small cabbages can be served savory or sweet.
I used maple syrup in the initial cooking phase to achieve the underlying sweetness in the finished dish. The creaminess comes from Go Veggie’s Vegan Chive and Garlic Cream Cheese.
